O.W.E.

O.W.E. stands for 'Obsessed With Error';

It is a (non-official) form of perfectionism and could also be a (non-official) form of O.C.D.;

A person who constantly looks for the 'wrongs', or what could go wrong, is obsessed with error.

That dude is so O.W.E.
"You always expect things to go wrong, you're so O.W.E."
The school teacher penalised the student for the smallest mistake; they are obsessed with error.
