Acronym for Unmigrated Full Access when buying/selling a Minecraft Alt account. On UFA accounts you have the possibility to change the name, skin, password and the email! You'll have to migrate them to a Mojang account before you can do everything with it. Essentially you're buying an entire account and not just renting or reserving.
