Skangro-dog

A person that is - be it simultaneously - both a skank and a degenerate riddled with gangrene - figuratively or literally. Along with this, they're also a dog (figuratively, of course, unless... Nevermind.) The word can also be written as simply 'Skangro.' To mean the person is described only by gangrene and being a skank, or other similar representations therein (insofar as is the general meaning).

Person 1 speaks, 'I bet that guy over there is pretty smart.'
Person 2 replies, 'Seriously, that fucking kid is a cringy-ass skangro-dog! he's probably a yog.'
Person 1, astonished, continues. 'I see... I didn't know that, at all!'

When someone has a well-up of emotions that is a combination of both sad and angry. It usually occurs when someone is repeatedly mistaken or repeatedly made fun of.

Friend: "Hey, Connor, you're so fat!"

Connor: "Are we on an island?"
Friend: "No way Connor; we're on Scofield Point!"
