The phobia of a nasty condition collected by elderly people when you grow a muffin top which has sunspots on it from apparently too much unappreciated sun-bathing.

Because I have sunspottymuffintophobia, I cannot look at people with muffin tops/ and or sunspots for more than 5 seconds without gagging.
