Rule 10 refers to 'Rule 10' in the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Ireland server, stating
"Rule 10, No Violent or Self-Harm Speech.
We strictly prohibit any form of violent or self-harm speech directed towards others. This includes advocating violence, using hateful language, violent abbreviations, or making threats. As a means to avoid time-out, 'Rule 10' is used as a substitute to the word 'kill' in the phrases 'kill yourself' or 'i am going to kill myself'.
