A Rhodesian Mouthwash is a sexual act when someone either shits on the floor and deposits the shit into their partner's mouth, or directly shits into their mouth. The individual concerned was made famous and was forever associated with drunken stunts when a security video capturing the incident was shown the next week on screens in the nightclub.
