Derogatory Anglo Canadian slang for a francophone Quebecer. One explanation is that English-Canadians used to mock the dietary habits of Quebecers by saying they ate poorly and drank pop (ie: Pepsi)

Victim: "you cant because i drank pepsi!... WHAT NOW!"
