Noun// person and/or people (Peeps) residing in the area of Evesham, United Kingdom A.K.A "The Sham".
The term mainly refers to working class violent youths from the area, often possessing an ASBO.
These individuals can often be seen in "Crown Meadow" drinking XXXX and substance abusing along with abusing fellow 'Sham Peeps' as they walk by.
