PCS smash

Term used in the Military. PCS means permanent change of station (moving to a new duty station). Smash meaning someone you wanted to have sexual relations with but couldn't due to improper relationship or fraternization rules.
Usually occurs around the 30 days left mark when all awards and evaluations are submitted and there is no fear of retribution.

Young Soldier 1: Man First Sergeant is HOT!
Young Soldier 2: You know you are way out of her league
First Sergeant: Quit eye balling me boy and drop and give me 50!
Young Soldier 1 & 2: Man she is turning me on, I wonder if I can PCS smash that?!
