Enthusiasm about one's overalls.
This can be taken in a sexual or non-sexual way, depending on the context.
Since overalls are the least sexy thing a man can wear, this probably applies to the former; however, if the person is of a female or non-binary gender, they are a safe alternative to pants that can still be viable during pursuits of a sexual partner.

for example: Ron Stoppable was overally excited for the new Bueno Nacho to open to the point where he "just cant even" anymore.

its also used a lot in a collab channel OverallySocial on YouTube where a group of friends harass people and vlog about random shit.

Ron was overally excited for his chimichangas to arrive that when he saw his food, he couldn't even anymore.
