1. An injury suffered while attempting something beyond one's ability. (Often preceded by "Hey, check THIS out!")

2. An injury suffered without the knowledge of the injured party. Possibly caused by ninjas.

1. "Hey, check THIS out; I'm gonna jump this ditch!" *SPLAT* "Dude, you OK? That's a pretty heinous ninjury!"

2. "Dude, where'd you get that cut?" "Beats me, some kind of ninjury."

On The Job Ninjury

When you are at your place of employment and are assaulted by a hoarde of (or a) ninja(s) this is referred to as an On The Job Ninjury.

Doug: "Where's Fred today? I didn't see him in his newly bloodstained cubicle!"
Ernest: "That bastard was attacked by ninja's yesterday, hence the blood stains."
Doug: "being a victim of an On The Job Ninjury is awful. this has been a Public Service Announcement..."
