When you wake up with an ache or pain with no recollection of how you sustained it.

I woke up with another ninjury today. Weird thing is I literally sat on my arse all day yesterday.

When you are at your place of employment and are assaulted by a hoarde of (or a) ninja(s) this is referred to as an On The Job Ninjury.

Doug: "Where's Fred today? I didn't see him in his newly bloodstained cubicle!"
