A Pimp of Neuro music (see neuro-funk definition). An adult or child who controls ghost-producer-prostitute-like individuals who spend all day recording various foley and resampling sine waves, often times he arranges clients for them, taking part or all of their earnings in return and spending it on vinyl or useless avant-garde modern art to hang up in the "thinking room"
