Neoliberalcon is neologism formed from mashing together neocon, the conservative masterminds behind the Project For A New American Century in the 1990s, and neoliberals, the liberal masterminds behind globalism in the 1990s. They started out on different sides, but realized they were on the same side after Donald Trump's populist campaign swept both out of influence.

A debateable belief in theory, however in practice, just like communism was used by the USSR it has become a state religion that is used to justify a corrupt corporate welfare state and a mass transfer of public money to private hands.
'Reagan pretended to subscribe to neoliberalism, a doctrine that taxing the rich less would have beneficial effects for the whole of society. Of course he didn't actually believe that but it sure worked in favour of the ruling classes.
