In Marvel Comics, Imperius rex is a yet undefined battle cry uttered by Atlantean King Namor the Submariner whenever he goes into battle.

-Namor when he banned surfacers (us) from the ocean

-Namor when he and his Atlantean army assists Captain America during the Marvel Civil War

Imperiomaniac

One who is obsessed with power, yet has no intentions to abuse that power. They insist on having it in order to feel safer, typically resulting in the opposite effect if portrayed incorrectly.

He seems like a decent person, but he requested for administrative permissions. I’m not sure I trust him but he might be an imperiomaniac.
