Nurse 1"Why is that new nurse late again'?
Nurse 2 "She said her bady daddy was late picking up the kids due to a 19 car accident on the freeway that he caused because he is such a loser he 4 flat tires and then ran out of gas, so he abandoned his car and walked 3 miles to her house." According to her its not her fault she got knocked up by an irresponsible loser. '
Nurse 1 "Yeah, whatever, he/she needs an enema"

Or "He's on medication"... what it really means is that he's an a**h**e, but we don't want to admit it.
I always disgustedly roll my eyes when someone tried to play down someone's destructive/abrasive behavior by saying, "He needs more training", when I know very well that the person in question is simply a no-good jerk, and so no amount of "training" or "counselling" in gonna help him... if he's evil or selfish by nature, there's nothing that others can do to "reform" him; he himself has to WANT to change his ways before any positive progress can be made.

A stock phrase used in fighting game communities with the intent of making fun of players who main characters with overpowered attributes while insisting that they need said attributes to avoid being bottom-tier.
Smash Bros Spectator 1: So, let me get this straight... Dr. Mario was destroying King K. Rool for the entire last stock... and then K. Rool just mashes Down-Smash in a panic and kills at 50% while he's at 183%?
Spectator 2: I know, right? Trust me bro, he needs it. Definitely.
