Japanese slang for sexual harassment.
Comes from Japanese pronounciation of Sex(seku)ual and Hara(hara)ssment, hence: seku hara.

"That old geezer comes over here once more I'm gonna charge him with seku hara."

Hadia is a girl who doesn’t know her true beauty, she’s often shy and doesn’t understand how much people want to be like her.
