It implies buying (or selling) the biggest tech stocks which have been the biggest growth stocks the past few years, and offered by far the best results.

Each relay sqaud requires shot putters from that team to run one leg of the relay without dropping the baton (either one lap on an indoor track or 100 meters on an outdoor track). Very entertaining and comical. The winner takes home a pizza.
