In Serbian language it marks people that can’t afford wasting money on expensive alcoholic beverage and designer clothes.

They usually have only one drink at the bar - most of the time it’s a cocktail or white coffee.

Flaking is what a Nikos does when he make plans with his friends, yet fails to show up last minute. This usually includes the Nikos leaving his friends on read and not telling them about changed plans beforehand.
