The BLM protest was civil and calm. Suddenly an outsider appeared, threw a rock at police, a fire was set, the cops sprayed tear gas and in minutes it became a demon-stration.

Refers to a brief display of how well/effortlessly someone can utter strong language. Can also refer to a noisy protest/riot where these unnecessary adjectives are freely/liberally bandied about.

Caring parent: I try to be very careful what public places I take my little ones to, they are much too young and impressionable to hear any damnonstrations yet!
