a derrogatory term for a Democrat or a bureaucrat, after all they're all Crats. a Crat can also be anyone who is pro State over the individual. or thinks government should be used to dictate behavior. or anyone who pushes the United states into tyranny by thinking the government should do everything.

Crats don't follow the constitution, they think the bureacracy is GOD.
