Cracker ass cracker. A derogatory term used to describe any outwardly intolerant white nationalist or white nationalist sympathizer. Can also be used to describe any Caucasian who sees any attempt at equality or protest of the social injustice variety as an unnecessary nuisance without acknowledging the realities of racial and gender inequality, typically in North America. Rose to prominence after the election of Donald Trump coinciding with the rise of fringe groups such as the "alt-right" and a normalization of white supremacist sensitivities. Has been used in message boards for years as a regular derogative towards white people(see previous definition, however I have a feeling that guy is a CAC), but so, as the English language, definitions and terms change.
