"BPS" is another way to say shitty software system or that there is a glitch in a software system. A glitch that can't be tracked down and is the fault of some shitty software company but they will never admit that it was an issue. They will just tell you it fixed itself.
Gawddamnit! I was right in the middle of getting the payment in the system and then it totally went TU and BPS'd on me.
