Used to describe something that is even cooler than just plain bitchin'. Taking "bitchin'" a step further, if you will.

Some Kid: "Wow, you've got quite a bizitchin' CD collection, Megsi."
Me: "Yeah... I kinda have to, being the Secretary of Being Totally Awesome and all..."

first known popular use was on the television show "Ugly Betty" as used by Betty's sister, Hilda. It means the same thing as "bitch" but softens it a little while adding some zing.

"That child was rude to anyone unfortunate enough to cross her path. She was a straight out bzitch."
