a person who is suffering from anorexia nervosa, a serious mental illness that manifests itself in body image issues and restrictive eating. calling anyone who is skinny anorexic is totally wrong.

An eating disorder.Where someone,no matter how big or thin, has body issues and restricts their diet or overly excersises, until they beleive they are thin,which is usually never.And once they feel there thin enough they dont want to gain the weight back so they just keep not eating
