Verb= to overly-portray yourself as being a total badass (usually this is done in a form of several overzealous short stories where this person is the only hero and badass and everyone else in the short story is garbage). This short stories pitch is out of the blue and extremely off topic, unnecessary and a crock of bullshit lies.
