"SO-BRO" is a term used to refer to a friend who attends a party or social event with you but remains sober. This friend can serve as a reliable guide or protector if needed, ensuring that everyone involved gets home safely. Their presence at the event can provide a sense of security and assurance for those who want to have fun while also maintaining their self-control and safety.

Da amusedly-puzzled remark dat you make when someone wif a major foot-fetish is going all vocally-and-physically ga-ga over yer ten lower extremities.
Tolerant big-boned tomboy, perplexedly watching as her new main squeeze is having fun exclaimingly yanking her big feet back and forth like gear-shifts and delightedly flexing her ample rubbery double-jointed digits back at a right-angle in his savoring hands: Yeah, yeah; toes --- so what?!

Usually used when referring to something that is somehow affiliated to the east coast. This phrase is also used when referring to a person's actions, an article of clothing, an object, et cetera, and how they relate to east coast stereotypes.
When using the phrase, that's so east coast, usually, you would hear it come from "east coasters" (people who were born on the east coast) or from people who were born on the west coast who think they are as cool and preppy as the east coasters.

C: You know what I've been loving recently?
A: What?
C: Pizza! Especially New York style.
A: Oh my God. that's so east coast!
C: I know, right?

The phrase is used ironically in a way to describe something that tries to mimic a retro theme, but in a way that's considered lazy and/or inaccurate
This can be applied to anything that fails to be retro, like an 16 bit sprite being in something that's supposed to be 8 bit for example
There's several cases of this, and of course it doesn't just apply to video games specifically

"OH MY GOD GUYS LOOK AT THIS 8 BIT PIXEL ART THAT I MADE OF MYSELF , I AM SO RETRO!!!!"
*The art in question is likely something that is made poorly and uses more colors than what an 8 bit console could handle*
