1. A way of sarcastically saying goodbye.

2. A response for when someone says something unbelievable. (More accent is used on "cool")

3. A way of saying you're going to ignore someone.

The louder you say it the better.

'Obed' stands for 'Oh no! Our table, It's broken' and 'Is' is an english word 'Is' NAH I DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO THIS!

THEREFORE, 'IT MEANS OH NO! OUR TABLE, IT'S BROKEN.'

FOR EXAMPLE:- 'OBED IS COOL BUT A KID CRIES.' AND 'THIS KID IS CRYING BECAUSE OBED IS COOL.'
