A comical term used when someone's paycheck gets cut (or otherwise gets paid less).

The term originates from a 2019 YouTube video featuring Miles Edgeworth dancing, referencing a reoccurring gag in the Ace Attorney series where he reduces the salary of the character Dick Gumshoe.

Cyan: Do you know who ate my lunch yesterday?
Sapphire: Yeah, Navy did.
Cyan: Oh, Navy!

Michigan/Midwest slang that refers to one's experience using drugs. Being Experienced and knowledgeable with drugs would make one "cut". Likewise, someone who is scared to use drugs such as weed or acid would not qualify as "cut".
