Shapeless Mass Of Ass (adjective). Pronounced "samoa". When a person's body becomes so obese that it becomes a blob it has become smoan. Describing someone as " going smoan" is the verb. See examples below

They hooked me up with this girl that was totally S.M.O.A, i had to book. (Adjective). I saw laurie last week, she's going S.M.O.A.N, that girl needs to cut back on some snacks
