In reference to comedian Daniel Tosh's hit TV show "Tosh.0", when a friend posts a video of himself or another doing something funny enough to not only go viral, but to also be highlighted on the show.

You're friend Jim posts a video on Facebook of Mike trying to ski. Mike cannot ski. Hilarity ensues. This video is tosh-worthy.

Adjective. For one to be 'cig-worthy', one is so good at sex, phone sex, etc, that whoever they're with (presumebly a smoker,) got it so good they have to go have a ciggarette afterwards, thus making you cig-worthy. (Not to be confused with sig-worthy.)
