A housing project in North Portland, OR.
Mostly Black project with some latinos.
Lotta gangs and drugs.
Was worst in the 80s and 90s but still not the greatest.

Example 1:

Guy 2: What you banging?

Guy 1: Columbia Villa Crips cuz.

Guy 2: Naw nigga, its about that Hoover Criminals.

Guy 3: Your all wrong, its bout dat Rolling 60s.

Example 2:

Dude 1: Where your from? Im from Beaverton.

Dude 2: LMAO, Im from "The Villa/New Columbia" Nigga.

Queen village

A neighborhood in the city of Philadelphia that doubles as a Mecca for Hipsters. The neighborhood is generally considered the blocks in between South st and Washington ave running up from the river to 7/8th st. Hipsters are clearly the leading demographic in this neighborhood probably do to its close proximity to South st. South st provides the hipsters with a plethora of thrift shops,novelty clothing stores, and coffee shops for them to have a lifetime supply of tight jeans and ironic T-shirts. Also i should note the bars of South st all feature PBR specials often as a cheap as a $1 (Hipsters beer of choice)
