A puddle of water that is remaining after the roads were recently salted leaving a salt water filled puddle, that has the ability to add white scum to your automobile. This commonly occurs on Pittsburgh streets during the winter.

a person who makes people salty no matter what situation they are in and will do anything to get a reaction out of you. Once you have reacted in a salty way they will use that situation against you in future arguments. A great example is anyone named Harry.
