The Georgian tick bite is a sexual act in which a man is getting head, but he is in a bad situation. His testicular sack starts to itch, so to relive it, the girl bites the itchy area and preforms the pinch and roll with her teeth, and then gives it a hickey, which should look like a tick bite which has evolved into Lyme Disease.

My sack started to feel like a mosquito was biting my balls, so my girl tried the Georgian tick bite for relief.
