Refined Hobo

a person where you can't tell if they are a hobo or if that is really their personal style. The refined hobo can be a person who (if it really is their personal style) purposely puts holes and bangs up their clothing.

Kari: Oh, look. Poor guy! He's a hobo....
Hannah: I actually think he's dressing like that on purpose.
Kari: Wow. WHY?
Hannah: He's a refined hobo!

Broken automobile glass, usually found in suspect communities (i.e. hoods, trailer parks, ghetto mall parking lots, etc.), with chunks that resemble cubic zirconias regularly seen in "urban" nightclubs or Wal-Marts nationwide.

A particular bum, hobo, vagrant, transient, or beggar who you've befriended or regularly donate to in your hometown.

That dude holding the "down on my luk..." sign outside the co-op is my hobo homeboy. I'm always happy to give him some change.
