The man had such a aura of fail that he ruined everything that he came into contact with.

The man's fail aura destroyed there attempts on the project.

Failure on a Sub-Epic level and/or repeated minor failures.

Joshua Tracy Atwood is refereed to as Medium Fail for repeatedly giving mostly correct answers to his peers failing to provide the correct answer to the pivotal part of the question.

Lethal Fail

An intense form of the term, epic fail*. Refers to an action that typically results in fatal consequences.

*Epic Fail: A mistake of such monumental proportions that it requires its own term in order to sucessfully point out the unfathomable shortcomings of an individual or group.
