A term used to describe a woman's posterior. I'm not entirely sure of its definition but due to context clues i assume it's a north eastern term of compliment. Possibly referring to the shape and density and ability to support a cocktail glass on the pinnacle rear convex. It was used by a new york man to compliment a dancers rear end. (Not to be confused to ass-cocktail)
