Saying that someone needs to stop talking to you with such disrespect, or to stop saying something because they are wrong. Essentially telling them to get more in touch with nature (Earth) so they can be more humble and not disrespectful or judgmental.

"And we talking bout Nav" therefore illustrates a conversation that is so insignificant that it shouldn't be happening. In fact, it would be disgraceful that anybody would be so distracted as to have an "and we talking bout Nav" conversation in the first place.
