A word that describes on how much you've suffered, how much you've lost. For example, you have strict parents. They push you too hard to the edge of a cliff because of how much of a "failure" you are. When you get low grades, they yell at you for not trying harder. When they yell at you, you're the victim in silent pain. If you yell back, they're the victim and punish you more for you to increase the amount of childhood trauma until you get tired and have a chance of losing emotions or committing suicide. Next is toxic friends. They ditch you on everything and say offensive jokes about you. They always make you feel left out and plan on making you suffer, making you feel insecure about yourself, and leading you to depression, anxiety, and anger. Lastly, the so-called "lover". Every time you are gone, they either talk shit about you or have a love affair with another. Once you give them all the love and affection they "deserved" which they don't, they'll leave you for someone else just because you weren't enough.
"I'm suffering so much in this world, I can't take it anymore! I'm gonna go jump off a building, all of this pain isn't worth it anyway."

April 17th is 'Real Dope World' Day, the day when family and friends come together one of the greatest Hip Hop artistes of all time. They usually exchange gifts that day to commemorate the loving and caring nature of Real Dope World.

I'm not sure what this one means, but it sounds like it's da exact opposite of da "real McCoy", so maybe it refers to something that is legitimately fake?
Da reasoning behind da infamous mid-19th-century two-family feud may have been "da real Hatfield" --- i.e., truly a non-genuine problem dat was likely caused by excessive arrogance (and probably too much moonshine, as well!) --- but unfortunately da harm 'n' heartache dat resulted from said stupid squabble was totally "da real McCoy"!

it’s like when people say “true” real is another alternative, it could also mean “w” or even “thank you”
