West Virginia thugs

One of several groups of thugs in the Bone Thugs song Paper Paper that would actually be hard to find in real life, along with the New Mexico thugs, the Wyoming things, the Montana thugs, the North Dakota thugs, and the Maine thugs. It seems more like they looked at map for states that didn't go together before they made the song, though people can see the humor in that. It's hard enough to find a black person in Maine or Wyoming, so they must have a group like AA for thugs to let them know they are not the only thug in their state, a Thugs Anonymous group.

Bone thugs- Where my West Virginia thugs? Are there any of you in the house tonight?

Audience- We've been looking for them too, and so far we haven't found anyone that fit that description.
