A stupid come back to someone calling you a half-hard. Same meaning as calling someone a "retard", is less offensive but will make you sound like an idiot.

Jonathan: "Hey bro, you're a half-tard!"
Jerry: "Well you're a full-tard"
Jonathan: "Bro WTF owo"
Jerry "Hey at least it's less offensive than calling you a retard or a fucktard"
Jonathan: "That is very true my friend"

OTS stands for "One Take Session" and a full OTS is used when all of the music for a video game or movie is compiled in one YouTube video.
