A Velociraptor is an angry buyer of drugs usually with no money and with the intent of trying to rob the dealer. As for heroin, if one of your buyers is dope sick and has no money don't fuck with them they are physically ill and will kill you unless you have your shit down. Avoid Velociraptor's when trappin' especially if your big game.

The interphase between two media traveling at different velocities.

In rafting it is also known as an eddy fence. Velocicline is, where water travels around a boulder in a river and interacts with the slow moving water behind the boulder. It makes a line of turbulent water. Similar to thermoclines and haloclines. Which is the interphase of two different temperature media and the interphase of two different salinity media, respectvely.
