Woah is a word that can also be directly used in scenarios that are goofy, stupid, dumb or obscure. The h sound is often extended depending on the severity of the situation or how dire it may be.

Example 1:
"Hey man I failed my math test..."
"Woah"

Example 2:
"I'm so down bad for her man, I'm straight up down abhorrent!"
