skether is when you have become so high that you are completely sketched out. sketh is the act of becoming a skether and skethy is when you are getting sketched and therefore skether is the finished product of being sketched out completely.

Jamie was a skether staying up for three days on some meth. Jamie was a little skethy to begin with and we warned her not to sketh because she always gets paranoid. An ambulance was called and for the next few days she was found detoxing at the local mental health facility.
