Get the Cissy Fitmug. A hat which is seen on an individual who is labeled a "junkie" by modern day society. A Junkie Fitted is generally a hat regular people call a "winter hat". You see these same hats on junkies or bums ALL year round no matter what season it is. Normal people wear them just during winter, but not junkies, it is normal apparel. If you ever venture into the jungles of soup-kitchens you'll see the never ending flood of junkie fitted's securely on the bums/junkies heads.
