Any criminal, or gangster in a Santa hat and gangster shades looking as though he's on a crime spree to celebrate the holidays..any un-Santa like, or unsavory character with th hat.

for instance...take any criminal, or shady looking individual, plop a Santa clause hat on them... wallah! Santa Crime!

"Wow Jeffrey, did you see that scary gang-banger with the Santa hat on?" "Yea Tad, I'd hate to what happens when he goes down a chimney." "Not Santa Claus...Santa Crime!! eek!" "Oh shit he says, Hoe,hoe,hoe..bitch, where is my fuckin money!!"

A game based on the best game ever, but turned out like a small child born with no legs, even with all the hype in the world it couldn't help but drive it's face into the dirt like a plane with a mexican behind the wheel. It's usually used as a term to describe something that looks great but turns out to be crap
