Noun: almost always derogatory; a specific type of poser; a young male who cultivates the surfer-boy mentality, perhaps superficially, at the cost of almost all intelligence; A young male who speaks with a decidedly bro and/or surfer lilt, and may even surf in real life; chaz looks like he's pretty heavy into rock-climbing, boating, snowbaording, pizza etc; anyone who listens to both Bob Marely and Staind is an automatic Chaz; He probably owns more than a few pairs of board shorts, and some ponchos; the inevitable fashion-result of a person who combines a bro with a surfer.
