Who shit in your oreos

It was a cold snowy November morning...a friend picked me up from my estate. We grabbed some food and entered a nearby hipster coffee shop. While playing catch up, a man got hit by a truck. Everyone in the crowded coffee shop stopped typing poetry on their Mac book and looked up. What they saw was horrifying; blood everywhere, truck shattered on the ground. After the paramedics arrived and pronounced him dead on the scene. We all decided we had to go back to our poetry and overpriced espresso. A few minutes later, the mans son fell off the second story and he was still going strong. The barista was in a bad mood after all the craziness and while trying to get a refill on my Bianca white mocha he was being extremely rude. With much despair...the words rang from my mouth “who shit in your Oreos.”

Me: cheer up

Friend: go type your poetry and I hope your flannel rips.

Me: well “who shit in your Oreos”

The reasonable question you ask someone that does nothing but screw the pooch (fuck the dog) in every aspect of their life while being completely oblivious to their own laziness and sense of entitlement. Eventually, their constant and ongoing screwing of the pooch leads to puppies that will need a home.

In internet/brainrot lingo, a "those who know" refers to a shortform content genre of videos or images that begin or show an innocent situation, but end with a weird, horryifing or abstract ending with minimal context. This genre is usually coupled with a text saying "Those who know", followed by emoijs or pictures of an altered trollface(usually coupled with a phonk song or disturbing music), implying that those who know the context behind the video are disturbed and know the truth, while those who don't are left blissfully ignorant. This type of video has been used in ironic internet humour to exaggurate things like "still water"(or replacing the text with more humourous text like "Thise who shit in they hands and throw it at people") with it being combined with other brainrot phrases like "balkan rage" and "trollface crashout". Before large scale ironic humour on brainrot, "those who know" was usually tied to a picture of mr incredible becoming uncanny under an image.
