A Rusty Dusty is when someone lays on their shoulders with their anus facing upward (it helps to lean against a wall), then player 2 places an amount of their powdered drug of choice onto the anus of player 1. Next, player 2 takes a funnel and aims the wide end at player 1s anus while inserting the thin end into one nostril while covering the other.
