The name of the rat legend residing in Albany, NY. He is known to be one of the dirtiest known species on the face of the planet. Town legend says that the rat
spent the entire year of 2009 nibbling his way under the hudson river building himself an underground home. It is said to be up to 100 miles long and extremely scenic. Props goes out to Joey the Rat for being such a herby hancock in the Albany, NY area.

Phoenix rat 

A person who spends a considerable amount of time in/around the legendary Phoenix Theater in Petaluma, CA. Phoenix rats are often labeled as degenerates, burnouts, or douche bags, though that's not always true.

local child: "The Phoenix rats think they're so cool sitting on the steps. They're always making hilarious comments to passersby as means of fun during their long day. It's intimidating. It makes me uncomfortable. They blow cigarette smoke at me. I heard that one night, ten of them mercilessly beat one drunken kid in a nearby parking lot, like a bunch of god damn, filthy cowards. a mythological creature that began its life as a rat, but desired to be a kitty. this large rat (the size of a kitty), only wants to be a kitty so that it can eat kitties. a kitty rat will be accepted by the kitty community and then ultimately rejected after it eats several of the community members. kitty rats are scary but some are also very nice. few kitty rats just admire kitties to the extent of attempting to look like one, however if their true identity as a rat is ever known within the kitty community it will be killed.
