Charlie’s are loving girls who want to do well in life but have a lot of obstacles in their way, they will get upset but if you end up being their best friend or boyfriend you will find out how charming and lovely they are. They are smiley and absolutely amazing to be around.

Where do I start, Charlie is the most loving creature you'll ever meet, he will listen to your problems all day, take you out to eat.
